Grape Seed Oil is an ideal salad dressing, cooking, frying and baking oil. Its clean, neutral taste allows the flavour of the food to stand out. It is 100% natural with no preservatives added. Grape Seed oil has a relatively high smoke point, approximately 216 °C. This important property is based on its fatty acid composition and antioxidant content, so it can be safely used to cook at high temperatures for stir-fries, deep-frying, sautéing and fondue. The first thing you notice when cooking with it is that it will not smoke, burn or splatter like other cooking oils. For this reason it is excellent for frying, because of its remarkable heat stability and the pleasant buttery flavor imparted to fried foods.

Thanks to its neutral taste grapeseed oil is often used as an ingredient in salad dressings or as a base for infusing or flavoring with garlic, rosemary, other herbs or spices. It is also used as an ingredient in homemade mayonnaise. Available in 250ml, 500ml, 1 litre, 2 litre and 5 litre; either in a glass bottle, plastic bottle or tin.
