Grape Seed Oil

Grape seed oil is a refined vegetable oil widely used in cooking and especially deep frying. This oil is extracted from the seeds of grapes and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is used in many dishes as well as in the production of margarine and mayonnaise.
